Peronea〈l Fibular〉 nerve palsy
臥床中に下肢が外旋位で保持されたことにより、腓骨頭部で総腓骨(腓骨)神経が圧迫されたと考えられます。総腓骨神経麻痺では足関節の背屈と足趾伸展が障害されて下垂足となり、下腿外側から足背にかけての感覚低下を伴います。脳梗塞や腰椎椎間板ヘルニアでは症状の分布が異なり、深部静脈血栓症やアキレス腱断裂では背屈障害と感覚障害の組合せは説明できません。
